- Claims Vendor Coordinator supporting Allstate Canada’s vendor program through onboarding, contracts, invoices, and performance reporting. Using data and vendor management tools to improve service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Support Vendor Management team with onboarding and off-boarding Vendor
- Manage Vendor contract renewal dates
- Coordinate the collection of vendor performance information and prepare summaries and reports for internal stakeholders and management review
- Review vendor invoices to ensure accuracy as per the contract and arrange for payment
- Track, monitor, and maintain records of all inquiries, issues and escalations related to the Vendor network
- Cultivate and maintain strong relations with Vendors.
Requirements
- 3-5 years’ experience
- Proficient with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS SharePoint, Tableau and Ariba.
- Effectively managing workload through planning, organizing and prioritizing.
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Leveraging data to evaluate progress relative to defined metrics.
