About the role

Product Manager leading Cloud Infrastructure initiatives for Arctic Wolf's expanding portfolio. Collaborating with engineering teams and defining product roadmaps to enhance cybersecurity operations.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the Cloud Infrastructure product roadmap aligned with Arctic Wolf’s business strategy.
Collaborate with architects and engineers to plan system interfaces, data models, and platform capabilities.
Develop and track success metrics technical, operational, and financial to evaluate feature and platform performance.
Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to maintain a prioritized backlog, define clear requirements, and support delivery of infrastructure enhancements.
Collaborate cross-functionally to support scalability, reliability, and compliance goals across the organization.
Continuously identify opportunities for efficiency and innovation within the platform ecosystem.

4+ years of experience in Product Management or relevant internship/work experience, ideally with exposure to infrastructure, cloud platforms, or developer tools.
Strong understanding of agile development, roadmap planning, and backlog management.
Technical fluency in cloud-native concepts (e.g., AWS, Kubernetes, APIs, CI/CD, observability).
Proven ability to work across technical and non-technical teams with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
A collaborative mindset with the ability to balance strategic priorities and tactical execution.
Passion for enabling engineering teams and delivering foundational technologies that scale.
