About the role

  • Senior Manager leading end-to-end process improvement engagements for Argano, a global digital consultancy. Redesigning cross-functional operations, quantifying value, and developing consulting capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex client engagements delivering measurable operational outcomes through process redesign
  • Own delivery relationships with client business leaders and project sponsors
  • Lead end-to-end process assessments, current-state discovery, process documentation, and future-state redesign across multiple functional domains
  • Establish detailed delivery workplans and inventories of required deliverables with Engagement and Project Managers
  • Apply Argano's LIFT delivery methodology and tailor approaches to client situations
  • Lead blueprint, design, and cross-functional workshops
  • Manage one or more concurrent client engagements while maintaining quality, pace, and client confidence
  • Identify process fragmentation, handoff failures, redundancies, and control gaps across the value chain
  • Benchmark processes against industry best practices and reference frameworks
  • Develop process maps, SOPs, RACI frameworks, handoff protocols, and governance models
  • Lead supply chain and decision analysis across planning, logistics, distribution, and fulfillment
  • Guide statistical analysis, financial modeling, process optimization, and investment-case development
  • Develop prioritized process improvement roadmaps
  • Design governance frameworks and operating models to sustain improvements
  • Leverage analytics and business intelligence tools to develop insights and performance benchmarks
  • Develop Argano's process improvement methodologies, tools, and accelerators
  • Lead practice capabilities, mentor junior consultants and analysts, and contribute to thought leadership
  • Build client relationships, identify expansion opportunities, and contribute to proposals and business development pursuits

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in process improvement, management consulting, or operational leadership roles, with demonstrated scope across multiple business functions
  • Proven ability to lead end-to-end process assessments and redesign engagements
  • Experience in a Manager-level or above role within an operational organization, or equivalent experience as a process improvement or management consultant
  • Deep knowledge and demonstrated results in at least two functional process domains, such as O2C, P2P, S&OP/IBP, R2R, H2R, or supply chain execution
  • Experience facilitating cross-functional workshops with senior stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Finance, Procurement, and/or HR
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams of four or more people
  • Strong analytical capabilities, including data analysis, process modeling, statistical analysis, and BI tools such as Excel, Alteryx, Python, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Ability to communicate complex, cross-functional process topics clearly to executive, operational, and technical audiences
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; business, operations, engineering, or finance disciplines are strong fits
  • Relevant certifications such as APICS CPIM, CSCP, Lean Six Sigma, or BPM Professional are valued
  • Experience supporting or working alongside enterprise technology implementations is preferred
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, Theory of Constraints, BPM, or equivalent is preferred
  • Experience with process mapping and mining tools such as Signavio, Celonis, Visio, or Lucidchart is preferred
  • Knowledge of process reference frameworks such as APQC PCF, SCOR, or DCOR is preferred
  • Experience developing investment business cases with quantified ROI, value-at-stake, and sensitivity analysis is preferred
  • Background working across multiple industries is preferred
  • Up to 50% travel to client sites
