• Organize and schedule clients and anticipate staffing requirements
• Ensure compliance with standards of care
• Monitor referral trends and anticipate increases or decreases
• Respond immediately to client and employee inquiries
• Ensure all relevant information is received in written, verbal, or electronic format
• Track and validate client-related documentation
• Assess client satisfaction
• Respond promptly to incidents, complaints, and compliments
• Document incidents, complaints, and compliments completely
• Relay relevant information to the Care Coordinator immediately
