Responsibilities
- Prepare electrical drawings and detailed single-line diagrams
- Prepare specifications for the procurement of electrical equipment and apparatus
- Analyze bids/submissions related to electrical equipment
- Coordinate projects in liaison with the client
- Supervise and participate in electrical design
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians
- Perform detailed electrical distribution design
- Participate in short-circuit, coordination and arc‑flash studies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering
- Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ)
- Strong knowledge of industrial environments
- Experience with ETAP or EasyPower
- Knowledge of arc‑flash standards (asset)
- Ability to lead and manage electrical projects
- French and English (spoken and written)
