Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Applied AI, Machine Learning, AI Product Engineering, ML Engineering, or Software Engineering with significant AI/ML responsibilities
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to innovate with AI tools
- A fast-prototyping mindset
- Hands-on experience building AI-powered applications
- Strong programming skills (e.g., Python, C#, C++, or JavaScript/TypeScript)
- Domain knowledge of Architecture, Engineering, or Construction (AEC) workflows
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or other AEC/design software
