About the role
- Lead technical programs at Autodesk to deliver complex multi-team software projects. Focus on agile principles and efficient CI/CD practices to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical programs by defining clear charters and maintaining strong execution cadence across teams
- Align and sequence backlogs across services
- Ensure disciplined CI/CD and release practices
- Identify and mitigate architectural, security, compliance, and regionalization risks early
- Elevate planning rigor through dependency-aware capacity planning and clear tradeoff communication
- Establish lightweight operational standards that improve efficiency
Requirements
- 8–12+ years in PM roles delivering complex, multi-team software programs
- strong preference for engineering/SRE background or deeply technical TPM experience
- Expert in scaled Scrum/Agile: scrum-of-scrums, DOR/DOD, backlog management
- Proven hands-on with CI/CD (branching, gating, flags, canaries)
- Track record in security/compliance/regionalization initiatives
- Skilled in RAID/dependency leadership across boundaries
- Proficient in Jira/Confluence, CI/CD/observability tools
- Strong technical communication
