About the role

Technical Solution Project Manager responsible for delivering complex technical projects at Ingenico. Leading planning, coordination, and ensuring alignment with business requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead and drive the successful delivery of multiple complex technical projects
Partner with stakeholders, customers, and project teams to establish effective project plans
Serve as the primary customer point of contact throughout project execution
Develop, maintain, and communicate project plans, schedules, status reports
Ensure project documentation is accurate, current, and properly maintained
Identify, manage, and escalate project risks, issues, dependencies, and incidents
Facilitate effective communication and stakeholder engagement
Monitor project budgets, costs, revenue forecasts, and overall financial performance
Coordinate the commercialization, deployment, and launch of new products
Drive the resolution of technical, operational, and customer-impacting issues

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
Highly self-motivated and proactive
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
Proven ability to communicate project status
Experience in risk, issue, change, and dependency management
Proficient in project planning, scheduling, resource management, and progress tracking
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred
PRINCE2 Foundation certification or equivalent project management certification preferred
Understanding of project and program management frameworks
Experience within the IT, software, technology, or EPOS industries is advantageous
