About the role

  • Technical Implementation Manager delivering Sentinel cybersecurity deployments for enterprise customers. Unblocking infrastructure, identity, networking, and rollout risks across POCs and production implementations.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end technical delivery for every Sentinel deployment
  • Own technical delivery for active Sentinel POCs and production rollouts
  • Run requirements-gathering with client IT/security teams covering sizing, network, database, and identity/SSO ownership
  • Track and unblock client-side provisioning
  • Coordinate preparation of certificates, credentials, and licenses
  • Coordinate deployment, installation, validation, and phased agent rollout
  • Create, maintain, and evolve the standardized pre-deployment playbook
  • Ensure completed deployments end with a clear client action plan addressing discovered risks
  • Report deployment status and risk regularly to BotCity and customer teams
  • Support customer training as needed
  • Work cross-functionally with BotCity and customer teams
  • Own customer calls and reports to align stakeholders throughout POCs and product deployment

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience running complex, multi-stakeholder technical implementations with B2B enterprise customers
  • Experience with on-premise, hybrid, or private-cloud software
  • Working fluency with Linux, containers, and network/firewall rules
  • Working fluency with SSO/identity, including SAML and EntraID
  • TLS/SSL certificate management experience
  • Experience with endpoint deployment tools, including Intune and GPO
  • Strong project management fundamentals, including scoping, timeline ownership, risk tracking, and stakeholder engagement
  • Comfortable working directly with IT, Governance, and/or Cybersecurity teams
  • Familiarity with Jira for scoping, timeline ownership, and risk tracking
  • Comfortable with terminal/SSH and command-line operations
  • Hands-on familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
  • Familiarity with EntraID/Azure AD and Okta admin consoles
  • Prior experience in an early-stage, high-growth, fast-paced startup environment
  • Experience with MS Office/Excel, Google Suite, and Notion
  • English - Fluent
  • Preferred: familiarity with security/compliance concepts
  • Preferred: prior experience in Cybersecurity, GRC, or compliance-adjacent software implementation
  • Preferred: familiarity with Grafana, Kibana, or similar log/observability tooling
  • Preferred: Spanish - Advanced
