About the role
- IT Project Manager leading complex SaaS, ERP, and digital transformation implementations. Coordinating cross-functional teams, clients, and vendors to deliver projects on time and within scope.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple concurrent projects through successful delivery against scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and risk management strategies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and assign work to maximize productivity and project success
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, internal stakeholders, and third-party vendors throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor progress and identify, communicate, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and roadblocks
- Drive accountability across project teams while fostering collaboration and focus on objectives and deliverables
- Communicate project status, priorities, milestones, and critical path activities to stakeholders
- Create transparency through integrated project plans, structured governance, and clear reporting
- Identify project delivery process gaps and recommend efficiency and client-outcome improvements
- Optimize schedules, resource utilization, and delivery methodologies to reduce risk and improve performance
- Ensure project activities align with organizational goals, strategic priorities, and client expectations
- Standardize project management tools, templates, and best practices
- Collaborate with sales and proposal teams on project plans, resource requirements, and implementation timelines for prospective clients
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management or a related field
- 5+ years of Project Management experience in a SaaS, software implementation, or technology consulting environment
- PMP certification, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or equivalent project management certification
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and traditional project management methodologies
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing client relationships
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive results in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, Jira, and other project management tools
- Experience with enterprise software implementations
- Experience managing full lifecycle SaaS, ERP, or digital transformation projects
- Experience leading global or distributed project teams
- Demonstrated success managing 3-4 concurrent projects
- Experience delivering at least four full lifecycle implementation projects
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution
