About the role

  • Technical Project Manager leading enterprise healthcare AI implementations at Heidi. Coordinating EHR integrations, clinical workflows, stakeholders, and go-live delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end technical project plan for enterprise implementations, defining milestones, managing timelines, tracking dependencies, and driving ownership across internal and external teams
  • Lead creation of detailed technical project plans with Engineering and the Solutions Engineer
  • Translate customer requirements and solution briefs into structured, executable delivery plans
  • Lead implementation planning sessions with customer IT, clinical informatics, and operational stakeholders
  • Align on integration approach, configuration requirements, and go-live readiness
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers post-signature
  • Manage expectations, communicate progress, and ensure customers feel supported throughout implementation
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally, surfacing bugs and product gaps and escalating issues to Engineering and Product
  • Partner with Customer Success for clear handoffs, shared context, and a unified customer-facing presence
  • Proactively identify timeline or scope risks
  • Manage change requests through a structured process
  • Escalate issues before they become customer-impacting problems

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in a Technical Project Manager, Implementation Manager, or customer-facing delivery role in SaaS, healthcare IT, or enterprise software
  • Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise implementations from kickoff through go-live
  • Technically fluent and comfortable discussing HL7 and FHIR integrations, APIs, SSO, and data workflows
  • Experience working directly with EMRs, integrations platforms, or API vendors
  • Exceptional organizational skills: Able to manage multiple enterprise implementations simultaneously without dropping the ball
  • Strong communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • A natural escalation manager: You surface problems early
  • Comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-paced, early-stage environment where process is still being built
