About the role

AI Architect leading client-facing AI solutions and design across regions for Avanade. Collaborating globally to implement scalable AI strategies aligned with business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead the architecture and design of end-to-end AI and GenAI solutions aligned to client business strategy and measurable outcomes
Define solution blueprints, reference architectures, and AI roadmaps to guide scalable and repeatable implementations
Advise clients on GenAI use cases and capabilities, including conversational AI, copilots, RAG-based solutions, and Agentic AI patterns
Leverage Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, and Copilot Studio to shape automation, agent orchestration, and future-state AI operating models
Serve as a trusted advisor to client business and technology leaders, shaping AI strategy and architectural direction
Lead architecture discussions and design workshops, translating complex requirements into clear solution approaches
Support sales pursuits and proposal development through AI solution shaping and executive-facing presentations
Contribute to internal assets, accelerators, and best practices to scale and differentiate AI offerings

7–10+ years of experience in the consulting industry, delivering complex, client-facing technology engagements
At least 2+ years of experience architecting AI solutions, with a clear focus on architecture and strategy rather than development
Proven experience designing and scaling Generative AI solutions in enterprise environments
Strong expertise in the Microsoft Azure AI ecosystem, including Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, and Copilot Studio
Solid understanding of RAG, NLP, CLU, conversational AI, and emerging Agentic AI architectures
Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into scalable, repeatable AI architectures
Strong communication and presentation skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree in a business or technology-related field, or equivalent professional experience.
