Responsibilities
Take charge of end-to-end client engagements — from planning to final deliverables — across a diverse portfolio of industries and engagement sizes.
Build strong client relationships by providing clear communication, practical solutions, and top-tier service.
Collaborate with Engagement Partners to manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables with precision.
Lead, coach, and inspire junior and senior team members — helping them grow while keeping the vibe positive and productive.
Stay sharp on all things IFRS, CAS, US GAAP, and PCAOB while driving innovation and efficiency within your teams.
Be a trusted go-to for your clients, offering proactive advice and guidance that makes a real difference.
Requirements
CPA designation (or equivalent) required.
5+ years of public practice audit experience.
Solid technical knowledge in IFRS, CAS, US GAAP, GAAS, and PCAOB standards.
A natural communicator who can build strong relationships with both clients and colleagues.
A genuine leader who motivates, mentors, and develops others.
Proven ability to juggle multiple projects, stay organized, and meet deadlines under pressure.
Experience using Caseware, MS Office, and a willingness to leverage AI-driven tools and new technologies to work smarter.
