About the role

  • Beneva insurance consultant leading group-insurance projects, process improvement, and contact-centre optimization. Advising managers and delivering operational improvements across Quebec and Ontario.

Responsibilities

  • Advise and support managers in positioning, planning, developing, implementing and following up on the various mandates of the Vice-President’s Office.
  • Structure and lead business improvement and problem-solving projects, and act as project lead when required.
  • Develop change management strategies and implementation plans, and assess organizational impacts.
  • Analyze and recommend improvements to operational processes to enhance team knowledge, procedures and efficiency.
  • Represent the Vice-President’s Office and its teams at meetings and on committees.
  • Participate in cost-benefit studies, business analyses, organizational impact assessments, and the design of new processes or methodologies.
  • Plan and prepare reports and accountability deliverables.
  • Support the Vice-President’s Office and its manager with strategic and operational planning.

Requirements

  • Hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Have a minimum of eight years of experience in a similar role within the insurance industry, including three years in a high-volume contact centre environment.
  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written.
  • Possess extensive knowledge of contact centre operations, performance metrics and technologies.
  • Demonstrate experience in data analysis, process optimization and operational performance improvement.
  • Demonstrate analytical skills, influential leadership, autonomy and attention to detail.
  • Have excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach, with a demonstrated ability to take initiative.
