About the role

Infrastructure and Cloud Computing Analyst optimizing IT environments for Beneva. Ensuring system stability, security, and compliance while providing consultative support across teams.

Responsibilities

Play a key role in the performance of IT environments
Act as a consultative resource to prevent and resolve incidents
Optimize our core IT infrastructure and support deployments
Design, deploy, maintain and manage backup, storage, and recovery infrastructures (on-premises and cloud)
Participate in support activities for environments and solutions
Perform capacity analyses and trend assessments of infrastructure systems environments
Contribute to the development, automation, and continuous improvement of processes, tools, and operational practices
Ensure the availability, stability, and compliance of environments required for projects
Guide and advise leadership during cloud transition efforts
Write and maintain technical operations documentation
Contribute to teamwork in an Agile environment

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience administering data backup systems in a large enterprise
Excellent knowledge of CommVault backup solutions
Hands-on experience in data center administration and operations
Knowledge of VMware virtualization solutions and Pure Storage data storage
General knowledge of AWS cloud services and OpenVMS solutions
Available outside regular business hours on a rotating basis
Advanced proficiency in French and working proficiency in English
