About the role

  • Leader en gouvernance qualité dans le développement TI. Responsable de l’optimisation des processus d’assurance qualité et de la supervision des équipes.

Responsibilities

  • Establish a cross-functional quality assurance governance framework
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert for all aspects of quality assurance
  • Contribute to the development and optimization of quality assurance processes
  • Incorporate industrialization and cloud computing concepts, supported by agile methodologies
  • Participate in selecting tools for the quality and continuous delivery ecosystem
  • Ensure the quality of IT products and services in accordance with applicable standards, norms, and procedures
  • Provide guidance and coaching to supervised teams
  • Oversee quality assurance activities performed by other team members
  • Write and monitor the quality plan and other quality-related documentation
  • Verify that software products and processes comply with applicable standards, procedures, and requirements
  • Audit activities and monitor quality across all functions and phases of a project

Requirements

  • 7 years of experience in systems development and/or quality assurance
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Experience in large-scale quality assurance projects
  • Proficiency in French, both spoken and written, and functional proficiency in English, both spoken and written
