About the role

  • Conseiller assurance qualité TI overseeing quality governance and improvement processes at Beneva. Collaborating with teams to implement best quality practices in IT systems.

Responsibilities

  • Establish a governance framework for cross-functional quality assurance
  • Serve as an expert on all aspects of quality assurance
  • Contribute to the development and optimization of quality assurance processes, incorporating industrialization and cloud concepts, supported by agile approaches (DevOps / SAFe)
  • Participate in the selection of tools for the quality and continuous delivery ecosystem
  • Ensure the quality of IT products and services according to applicable standards, norms, and procedures
  • Provide guidance and coaching to supervised teams
  • Serve as an expert advisor on continuous delivery and quality assurance in various strategic committees
  • Oversee quality assurance activities performed by other team members in accordance with the quality policy
  • Draft and monitor the quality plan and other quality-related documentation
  • Supervise and participate in the preparation and implementation of standards, procedures, and requirements, including the quality plan, quality assurance report, metrics, methodology, standards, templates, and guidelines
  • Verify that software products and processes comply with applicable standards, procedures, and requirements through reviews and audits
  • Audit activities and the project lifecycle, monitor quality across all functions and phases of a project, and identify, analyze, document, and report quality non-conformities
  • Initiate corrective actions to address non-conformities

Requirements

  • 7 years of experience in system development and/or quality assurance
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Experience with large-scale quality assurance projects
  • Fluent in French (spoken and written) and functional working proficiency in English (spoken and written)
