About the role

  • Tools Programmer contributing to development and improvement of production tools at Behaviour Interactive. Collaborating with artistic and technical teams in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, improve, and maintain efficient tools in Unreal Engine;
  • Work closely with artists, animators, team leads, and other programmers to define tool requirements and specifications;
  • Support production teams by developing features and providing technical support related to tools;
  • Automate processes to increase efficiency, reliability, and quality of production pipelines;
  • Facilitate the integration of motion capture into animation pipelines;
  • Participate in design and C++ code reviews while contributing to the evolution of the animation toolset and the introduction of new techniques.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience developing tools for art teams in video games or VFX;
  • Strong proficiency with Unreal Engine is required; knowledge of Unity is an asset;
  • Good understanding of art and animation pipelines;
  • Excellent knowledge of C++.
