About the role

  • Quality Assurance Analyst supporting process improvement and Quality Management System at BioScript Solutions. Overseeing corrective actions and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the development, implementation and continuous improvement of a process-based Quality Management System.
  • Assisting in the design, documentation, and optimization of operational processes using Lean and quality principles (process mapping, standardization, waste reduction).
  • Assisting, completing, and overseeing corrective action and root cause analysis.
  • Assisting, completing, and overseeing improvement plan development and monitoring.
  • Compiling and monitoring process performance data for improvement opportunities.
  • Performing with risk assessments and monitoring mitigation plans.
  • Supporting with management review preparation and execution.
  • Leading operational process improvement projects including mapping/modelling, design, analysis, performance monitoring and improvement, and integrating these processes into a Quality Management System (QMS) framework.
  • Collaborating with cross functional teams (Operations, IT, Pharmacy, Patient Programs) to ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and compliant.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (or upcoming completion) in Computer Science, Engineering, Science, Health Sciences, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in one or more of the following: Quality assurance or quality systems, Process improvement or operational excellence, Data analysis, workflow automation, or technical operations.
  • Skills: Foundational understanding of quality systems, process improvement, or Lean principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience with data tools or automation (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python, VBA, Power Automate, or similar) is considered an asset.
  • Ability to document processes clearly and create work instructions, SOPs, and training materials.
  • Comfortable working in cross-functional, deadline-driven environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exposure to ISO 9001, GMP, or regulated healthcare environments.
  • Experience supporting audits, controls, or compliance activities.
  • Knowledge of pharmacy, patient support programs, or healthcare operations.
  • English proficiency is required for this position to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) may be required depending on the specific role, location, and the needs of the organization.
