About the role

Quality Assurance Specialist ensuring IT efficiency in anti-tax evasion solutions at Desjardins Group. Involves coordinating quality assurance strategies and analyzing risks while providing recommendations.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the development of a quality assurance strategy for targeted teams
Identify, input, analyze and interpret data to support testing phases, implementation strategies, quality assurance testing, decision-making and processes that monitor the application of management policies and practices
Analyze risks
Write reports, propose solutions and make recommendations
Provide advice on how to implement recommendations
Prepare and recommend action plans to address issues in accordance with rules and parameters
Actively help develop, implement and update management policies, practices and standards

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
A minimum of two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten years of relevant experience
Experience in test automation
Experience with tools like Robot Framework, Cypress, Gherkin and Selenium
Knowledge of French is required
Knowledge of how to manipulate test data in SQL databases
