• Own positioning and messaging for Bizzabo’s Event Experience Operating System
• Translate agentic capabilities into clear, provable value for enterprise event leaders
• Run product launches end to end, including go-to-market narrative, pricing and packaging input, launch plans, field readiness, and customer communications
• Own competitive intelligence, battlecards, objection handling, and win/loss analysis
• Build sales pitches, demo storylines, one-pagers, and RFP content
• Train Sales and Solutions teams and ensure new capabilities are sold
• Lead Forrester and Gartner relationships, evaluation submissions, briefings, and peer review presence
• Build customer case studies, reference programs, and proof metrics with Account Management
• Drive customer adoption through release communications, programs, and executive business review content
• Maintain the messaging, product, and competitive knowledge source of truth powering Claude Skills
• Use AI to automate go-to-market workflows
• Listen to sales calls, interview customers and prospects, refresh competitive materials, manage analyst evaluations, and deliver launches
• Report directly to the co-founder and CMO
