Requirements
- 7+ years of experience with Python development with a focus in AI/ML
- Bachelor's in computer science or related field
- Enterprise application design experience
- Experience with OOP and design patterns
- System Design: Resiliency, observability, scalability, performance
- Methodology : Agile development experience
- Prompt engineering: Create, maintain and update prompts for LLM version
- LLM experience -Working with OpenAI and different LLM models
- Testing: Conduct benchmarking experiments and performance analysis
- Monitoring - Ongoing monitoring of ML solutions
- Java development experience (nice-to-have)
- Machine learning and vector database (nice-to-have)
- Microsoft Azure cloud (nice-to-have)
- FinTech application development (nice-to-have)
- Global delivery team experience (nice-to-have)
