About the role

  • Product Management Analyst translating financial-services client needs into software requirements. Supporting QA, issue triage, risk planning, and product delivery at Broadridge.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and translate client business processes into functional requirement documents (FRDs) and user stories
  • Evaluate and document business and technical requirements to identify optimal solutions
  • Support QA in developing test strategies and test cases and validating results
  • Support triage of client-reported issues by identifying root causes and solutions
  • Collaborate with Development and Product teams to clarify requirements and ensure product quality and accuracy
  • Monitor financial industry regulations and market trends affecting product offerings
  • Conduct risk assessments and contribute to risk mitigation planning
  • Participate in client-facing and internal project meetings
  • Maintain project documentation and update project management tools
  • Manage multiple initiatives while meeting deadlines and quality expectations
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or college degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst in the financial services industry
  • Ideally experience within wealth management, banking, mutual funds, or securities
  • Strong understanding of financial products, operational processes, and regulatory environments
  • Proven ability to work independently under tight timelines with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated experience analyzing complex business processes and defining system requirements
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams
  • Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
  • Required to attend interviews in person
  • Basic home office setup, high-speed internet, and ability to work without distractions during core business hours
  • Background check including employment verification, education verification, credit inquiry, and Canadian criminal record check
