About the role
- Cybersecurity Specialist ensuring the security of organization's infrastructure and data. Collaborating with IT team to develop and maintain security features in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and collaborate with all departments to obtain and maintain ISO 27001 or SOC 2 certification for the studio
- Oversee the vulnerability management program and actively participate in penetration testing and remediation
- Develop and maintain the incident response plan (IRP) and technical procedure guides (playbooks)
- Manage the technical development of the business continuity and disaster recovery program
- Proactively identify and communicate situations where security objectives or compliance standards are at risk
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in cybersecurity, computer science, or equivalent experience
- 5 to 8 years of relevant cybersecurity experience, preferably within small to medium-sized organizations
- CompTIA Security+ certification or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of OSINT and technical penetration testing
- Incident management experience, with the ability to lead technical remediation and forensic analysis under pressure
- Excellent technical documentation and reporting skills
- Knowledge of risk management frameworks (ISO 31000, NIST RMF)
