About the role

  • Talent Acquisition Partner owning sourcing, hiring-manager advising, and full-cycle recruitment. Supporting CapIntel’s software platform for wealth-management enterprises and improving candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles from kickoff through signed offer
  • Keep candidates and hiring managers informed at every stage
  • Manage several active searches without compromising quality
  • Build sourcing strategies beyond inbound applicants
  • Develop and nurture talent pools for anticipated roles
  • Track time to hire, pipeline conversion, and candidate experience, using data to improve processes
  • Run intake meetings to establish real requirements
  • Bring market and compensation data into hiring decisions
  • Coach managers on structured interviewing, scorecards, and fair assessment
  • Build and improve interview kits, scorecards, and interviewer training
  • Strengthen the employer brand and careers presence
  • Align hiring plans with company and team goals alongside the People team
  • Support a seamless handoff from offer to onboarding
  • Take on People and Talent projects as needed

Requirements

  • Full-cycle recruiting experience across both technical and non-technical roles, ideally at a growth-stage company
  • Track record of partnering with and advising hiring managers, including confidence to push back
  • Ability to build a pipeline from scratch for roles with no obvious candidate pool
  • Ability to manage several searches simultaneously while meeting commitments
  • Comfort with modern recruiting tools and ATS platforms; Greenhouse experience
  • Judgment in building diverse teams and designing processes that reduce bias
  • SaaS, fintech, or wealthtech experience is nice to have
  • Experience improving a recruiting process or building interviewer training from the ground up is nice to have
  • Exposure to employer brand or careers-site work is nice to have
