About the role
- ERP Practice Lead at Centrilogic focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other ERP platforms. Responsible for strategy, growth, and delivery excellence across the ERP practice.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the overall ERP practice strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities
- Own P&L accountability for the ERP portfolio
- Scale a multi-ERP practice with Dynamics 365 as the core platform
- Drive ERP pipeline growth and large-deal expansion across new and existing clients
- Act as an executive sponsor for major ERP pursuits
- Ensure consistent delivery excellence across all ERP engagements
- Build, lead, and inspire a senior ERP leadership team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 15+ years of ERP consulting or enterprise applications experience
- Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 ERP
- Experience across additional ERP platforms such as NetSuite, JDE, Oracle Fusion, SAP, or equivalent
- Proven track record of building and scaling ERP practices
- Strong commercial acumen with experience owning budgets, forecasts, and P&L
- Experience leading large, distributed, and multi-platform delivery organizations.
