About the role
- Financial Services Representative helping CIBC clients plan finances and choose banking solutions. Building relationships, recommending products, and promoting digital banking across Ontario banking centres.
Responsibilities
- Foster key relationships with clients and understand their financial and personal goals
- Provide informative and tailored service
- Recommend products and solutions to support clients’ financial success
- Meet with clients to understand personal and business priorities
- Advise clients on solutions and provide forward-looking financial plans
- Use knowledge of cash management, credit, investment and wealth protection
- Conduct marketing and outreach activities

Requirements
- Current accreditation and good standing Mutual Funds License (Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada)
- 1 year experience working with clients and achieving sales results
- Flexibility to work banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends
- Flexibility to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance
- On-site full-time work
- Legally eligible to work at the specified location(s)
- Valid work or study permit where applicable
- French proficiency may be assessed where applicable
