Responsibilities
- Support members and clients by explaining applications and technological tools that enable self-service transactions and operations
- Welcome members and customers warmly and courteously
- Quickly ascertain members' and customers' needs and direct them to appropriate individuals or alternative distribution channels
- Contribute to business development and maintain business relationships through service delivery and activities
- Assist members and clients who have encountered fraud or irregularities and refer them to appropriate partners
- Collaborate with personal finance advisors to improve service offered to members
Requirements
- Regardless of your experience or education, interest in working in the financial services industry
- Customer service orientation
- Ability to support members and clients with applications and technological tools
- French-language job posting; French proficiency is therefore relevant to the role
