About the role

SAP QA Tester developing, executing, and maintaining test plans and scripts for software quality assurance. Delivering high-quality software products while working remotely from Canada.

Responsibilities

Develop, execute, and maintain test plans and scripts that ensure software meets system specifications.
Conduct various testing methodologies, including system, unit, regression, load, and acceptance testing, to identify and resolve defects and performance issues.
Analyze technical documentation to understand the functionality of new applications, ensuring they meet required standards before deployment.
Produce detailed reports and documentation, tracking all testing efforts and communicating progress and results to stakeholders.
Regularly communicate test progress, results, and other relevant information to project stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with project goals.
Develop, distribute, and coordinate thorough end-user reviews for both modified and new systems or applications, gathering feedback to enhance software quality.

A bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is required.
2-5 years of experience in software quality assurance, with a proven track record in conducting various types of testing, identifying defects, and ensuring software quality.
Hands-on experience with testing tools, frameworks, and methodologies, as well as a solid understanding of software development processes.
SAP S/4 HANA experience is required.
3+ years of experience in testing SAP Sales & Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM) and Financial (FI) Modules, is required.
Highly skilled with SAP Data Analytics Cloud (SAC).
Familiar with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Familiar with JIRA Tool.
1+ years experience with SAP S/4 HANA is required.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to document issues, track corrective actions, and provide data-driven insights for improvement.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the capacity to work effectively with cross-functional teams and influence quality-related decisions.
Advanced communication skills, including strong interpersonal skills.

All CM employees work 40 hours per week, remotely from a home office environment
