About the role
- Engineering Co-op position at CLEAResult supporting energy efficiency projects and engineering tool development. Collaborating with a team to calculate energy savings and ensure compliance with energy codes.
Responsibilities
- Calculate energy savings for energy-efficient projects
- Work with a highly effective team to review projects submitted to our local energy efficiency lighting programs
- Support development of company-wide engineering best-practices
- Support engineering tool development using MS Excel and other software
- Prepare draft reports such as measurement verification plans and billing analysis results
- Update databases and calculators
- Ensure current energy efficiency projects reflect federal and state energy codes
Requirements
- Active enrollment and completion of 2 or more years in post-secondary education in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental or Energy preferred)
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
- Able to work 40 hours per week, May 11th, 2026 - August 21st, 2026.
- Interest and ambition to work in the fast-paced energy efficiency industry
- Familiarity with MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, and detailed calculation work
- Strong math and analytical skills
