About the role
- Software Engineer for building and releasing scalable features on Coinbase's Core Financial Platform. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality financial products.
Responsibilities
- Build, test, and release product-facing features with stringent correctness and scalability requirements
- Design scalable systems to solve novel problems with modern cloud technology and industry best practices
- Work with engineers, designers, product managers and senior leadership to turn our product and technical vision into a tangible roadmap every quarter
- Write high quality, well tested code to meet the needs of your customers
Requirements
- At least 2+ years of experience in software engineering
- Solid understanding of relational databases and transactions
- Good intuition for REST API design
- Designed, built, scaled and maintained production services, and knowledge on composing a service oriented architecture
