About the role
- Product Manager owning Build Forge, connecting CAD, PLM, and enterprise systems. Simplifying engineering workflows for CoLab’s AI-powered design collaboration platform.
Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap for Build Forge, prioritizing CAD, PLM, and enterprise integrations
- Develop a deep understanding of customer workflows, including revision management, BOMs, engineering changes, and design collaboration
- Translate complex customer needs into clear product requirements and measurable outcomes
- Partner with Engineering and Design to deliver intuitive, reliable integrations and platform capabilities
- Balance customer-specific integration needs with scalable solutions for the broader customer base
- Use customer feedback, adoption data, and business priorities to inform product decisions
- Collaborate with Customer Success and other stakeholders to support adoption and continuously improve the product
- Work with customers to identify opportunities and set priorities
- Map customer engineering change workflows and identify inefficiencies caused by disconnected systems
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in technical B2B software
- Strong domain knowledge of CAD, PLM, or Mechanical Engineering Lifecycle workflows
- Experience with platforms such as PTC Windchill, Siemens Teamcenter, Dassault 3DEXPERIENCE/ENOVIA, or Autodesk Vault
- Understanding of engineering data, BOMs, revision control, and engineering change management
- Experience translating technical customer problems into product priorities
- Meaningful experience in the CAD, PLM, or engineering software ecosystem
- Bonus: Experience with CAD plugins, PLM integrations, ERP connectivity, or engineering workflow automation
