About the role
- Quality Assurance Specialist for a healthcare software company testing EMR for English- and French-Canadian users. Fully remote role based in Canada focusing on software quality and usability.
Responsibilities
- Develop an understanding of Clinical Computing’s existing product set
- Collaborate with teams to ensure new product features are tested prior to release
- Create and execute non-automated test plans
- Review and validate French-Canadian translations for accuracy
Requirements
- Fluent in French-Canadian and English (written and spoken)
- Experience with localization or multilingual software testing
- Strong documentation skills
- Knowledge of nephrology, EMR, or clinical patient management systems (desirable)
- 3+ years of relevant experience (desirable)
