• Take over existing accounts in the US and Canada and grow their revenue
• Build and close a pipeline of integrators, distributors, and enterprise end users across security, retail, transportation, and critical infrastructure
• Recruit channel partners and equip them to sell CVEDIA products
• Own and achieve the regional revenue target
• Communicate market feedback to product and engineering teams
• Report to the Chief Commercial Officer
• Learn the company’s accounts, partners, and products during the first months
• Build the regional revenue pipeline and channel
