About the role

  • Multi-Unit Practice Manager overseeing operations, compliance, staffing, and growth across dental practices in London and St. Thomas. Supporting teams within Canada’s largest dental network.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute plans to improve daily practice operations, maximize productivity, achieve operational excellence, and increase organic patient growth
  • Review the clinic environment and key business indicators to identify problems, concerns, and improvement opportunities
  • Provide coaching and direction to the team
  • Partner with Compliance, DC Institute, and Human Resources to ensure provincial health regulation compliance
  • Manage and oversee compliance programs within the practice
  • Lead by example to prioritize patient safety
  • Follow the practice’s Health and Safety Policies and Procedures and applicable provincial legislation
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the team to improve productivity, engagement, and patient retention
  • Implement company programs, policies, and procedures
  • Support action plans and motivate the team to meet operational and company objectives
  • Support recruitment efforts, interview dental professionals, and assess best fit
  • Manage and analyze daily staffing costs and payroll administration
  • Oversee the accounts receivable process

Requirements

  • University or College Diploma in business or office administration
  • 3–5 years of experience as a Dental Practice Lead or Dental Practice Manager required
  • Experience in a supervisory or management role contributing to business operations, including staff scheduling, finances, inventory, and people management
  • Strong business acumen
  • Extensive experience in budgeting and forecasting
  • Experience with dental software systems and Microsoft Office preferred
  • Strong commitment to maintaining health regulation and operational standards
  • Willingness to work varied hours to align with business needs
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
