About the role
- Talent Acquisition Intern contributing to recruitment processes at Desjardins Group. Supporting candidate sourcing, screening, and career promotion within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the full recruitment cycle, including proactive candidate sourcing, screening, scheduling group interviews, coordinating background checks and presenting offers to selected candidates.
- Manage candidate pools and participate in prospecting and visibility activities with targeted organizations.
- Solicit and attract passive candidates to fill current positions.
- Promote careers within the Group and support employee development by providing information, advice and feedback as part of the staffing process.
- Participate in various development projects related to the evolution of talent acquisition practices.
- Ensure compliance with privacy and information security policies and guidelines.
Requirements
- Student enrolled in a College or Bachelor's program in administration, human resources or industrial relations.
- Knowledge of French is required.
