About the role
- Financial Security Advisor developing and maintaining business relationships in life and health insurance. Analyzing client needs and promoting financial security products while ensuring satisfaction and service quality.
Responsibilities
- Serve, prospect for, solicit, and develop and maintain business relationships with members and clients
- Sell life and health insurance products and services through multiple distribution channels based on member/client needs
- Promote and sell financial security products and services
- Analyze member/client needs and develop personalized solutions
- Ensure member/client satisfaction and service quality in accordance with the organization’s standards and procedures
- Establish and maintain good relationships with referral sources
- Help monitor the industry to identify business development opportunities
Requirements
- College diploma in a related field
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience
- Mutual fund representative certificate – Autorité des marchés financiers
- Knowledge of French is required
- Available for travel to service centres of Caisse Desjardins de Drummondville
- Must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
- Available to work Monday to Friday, including two evenings
