Responsibilities
- Serve, prospect for, solicit, develop and maintain business relationships with members and clients
- Sell life and health insurance products and services through multiple distribution channels
- Focus areas include individual insurance, group insurance, retirement savings plans, insurance brokerage, segregated funds, travel insurance, and life and health insurance claims settlement
- Promote and sell financial security products and services
- Analyze member/client needs and develop personalized solutions
- Ensure member/client satisfaction and service quality in accordance with the organization’s standards and procedures
- Support current and prospective members and clients
- Represent the organization and negotiate agreements with clients
Requirements
- College diploma in a related field
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience
- Required permits, certifications, or attestations — note: do not confuse an academic certificate/diploma with a professional certification
- Representative’s Certificate in Insurance of Persons — Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF)
- Proficiency in French is required
