Responsibilities
Serve, prospect for, solicit, develop and maintain business relationships with members and clients
Sell life and health insurance products and services through multiple distribution channels
Focus areas include individual insurance, group insurance, retirement savings plans, insurance brokerage, segregated funds, travel insurance, and life and health insurance claims settlement
Promote and sell financial security products and services
Analyze member/client needs and develop personalized solutions
Ensure member/client satisfaction and service quality in accordance with the organization’s standards and procedures
Support current and prospective members and clients
Represent the organization and negotiate agreements with clients
Requirements
College diploma in a related field
Minimum of two years of relevant experience
Required permits, certifications, or attestations — note: do not confuse an academic certificate/diploma with a professional certification
Representative’s Certificate in Insurance of Persons — Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF)
Proficiency in French is required
