About the role

Investigations Advisor detecting suspicious transactions and analyzing security cases for Desjardins. Advising clients, preparing recommendations, and supporting crisis management in a hybrid role.

Responsibilities

Apply tactics, techniques and procedures for investigations, inquiries, liaisons and information to administrative and security intelligence collection tools and processes
Assist with in-depth case analyses and ongoing monitoring
Advise and assist clients and partners on initiatives related to the field
Detect and analyze suspicious and fraudulent transactions
Interview persons of interest
Ensure the security of personal information and property
Provide assistance with crisis management
Develop tools, methods and processes
Propose recommendations, solutions and action plans based on organizational objectives and priorities
Diagnose issues, challenges and needs to determine target outcomes
Analyze data, conduct studies, make recommendations and write reports
Investigate suspicious transactions related to medium-scale files
Represent the organization to external organizations under the supervision of more experienced professionals
Help develop and implement objectives, solutions and action plans
