Responsibilities
- Help clients define their needs.
- Analyze and interpret data according to your field of expertise to support decision-making for choosing appropriate IT solutions and best practices for quality assurance and application development.
- Develop complex quality assurance execution strategies, determine their scope and write procedures and guidelines.
- Analyze risks.
- Write highly complex reports and test cases, propose solutions and make recommendations.
- Serve as a specialist on how to implement recommendations.
- Oversee the implementation of action plans to address issues in accordance with rules and parameters.
- Represent the sector in terms of quality assurance practices when dealing with other Desjardins Group or non-Desjardins Group bodies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field
- A minimum of six years of relevant experience, including at least four years coordinating quality assurance teams
- Knowledge of French is required
- Knowledge of the payments industry
