About the role

Quality Assurance Coordination Specialist at Desjardins Group ensuring efficiency in international payment solutions. Leading quality assurance efforts and supporting business sectors in the approval phase.

Responsibilities

Help clients define their needs.
Analyze and interpret data according to your field of expertise to support decision-making for choosing appropriate IT solutions and best practices for quality assurance and application development.
Develop complex quality assurance execution strategies, determine their scope and write procedures and guidelines.
Analyze risks.
Write highly complex reports and test cases, propose solutions and make recommendations.
Serve as a specialist on how to implement recommendations.
Oversee the implementation of action plans to address issues in accordance with rules and parameters.
Represent the sector in terms of quality assurance practices when dealing with other Desjardins Group or non-Desjardins Group bodies.

Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field
A minimum of six years of relevant experience, including at least four years coordinating quality assurance teams
Knowledge of French is required
Knowledge of the payments industry
