About the role

  • Security Advisor developing and overseeing security measures aligned with corporate goals at Desjardins Group. Diagnosing risks and advising on security policies and solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Help develop and optimize security measures to align with corporate objectives
  • Plan, implement and oversee best practices to strengthen Desjardins's security posture
  • Advise and assist clients and partners on major security-related initiatives and development projects
  • Develop tools, methods and processes
  • Propose recommendations, solutions and action plans based on the organization's objectives and priorities
  • Diagnose issues, risks, needs and challenges for your line of work to determine target outcomes
  • Help develop and implement objectives, solutions, policies, programs and action plans to mitigate risks
  • Analyze data, conduct studies, make recommendations and write reports
  • Help train internal stakeholders, raise awareness and communicate information

Requirements

  • College diploma in a related field
  • A minimum of four years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of French is required
  • Intermediate knowledge of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
