About the role
- Senior Offensive Security Advisor managing and mitigating threats to Desjardins's systems and applications. Leading development projects and advising on strategic security initiatives with a strong focus on offensive methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Help identify, analyze, eradicate and mitigate threats to Desjardins's systems, networks and applications
- Simulate threats based on the continuous evolution of offensive techniques and threat actors
- Design, develop and implement offensive methodologies and tools
- Follow rigorous processes and develop new ones to prepare the organization to face cyberattacks
- Lead practitioners on development projects and complex, strategic initiatives
- Clarify risks using simple language to ensure everyone understands and involve various stakeholders
- Make recommendations on the development and execution of projects and initiatives with high operational and conceptual complexity
- Advise clients and partners on strategic projects and initiatives under your responsibility
- Conduct strategic monitoring in your area of expertise to identify emerging security issues
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of six years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French is required
