Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise to support operations and address operational issues
- Produce and validate management reports and analysis for your unit’s professionals
- Help roll out manual and automated processes and train users
- Operate and update databases
- Roll out and maintain software and manual and automated processes
- Train users
- Help prepare technical notes, guides and training content to enhance the skills and knowledge of users and their teams
- Help practitioners follow your unit’s processes and use its business solutions, tools and systems
Requirements
- College diploma in a related field
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French is required
- Advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
