About the role
- Training and skills development technician assisting with training needs assessment and logistics. Collaborating with teams to enhance skills and deliver training objectives.
Responsibilities
- Assist with needs analysis as well as training logistics and delivery
- Help evaluate training needs and identify and validate training approaches, tools and content
- Carry out specialized technical studies, research and analysis
- Submit solutions and action plans
- Roll out and maintain software and manual and automated processes
- Train users
- Prepare technical notes to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members
Requirements
- College diploma in a related field
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French is required
- Advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
