About the role

  • Training and skills development technician assisting with training needs assessment and logistics. Collaborating with teams to enhance skills and deliver training objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with needs analysis as well as training logistics and delivery
  • Help evaluate training needs and identify and validate training approaches, tools and content
  • Carry out specialized technical studies, research and analysis
  • Submit solutions and action plans
  • Roll out and maintain software and manual and automated processes
  • Train users
  • Prepare technical notes to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members

Requirements

  • College diploma in a related field
  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of French is required
  • Advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
