About the role
- Advisory Agent enhancing member and client experience by advising on banking transactions at Desjardins. Promoting products and services while supporting use of technological tools.
Responsibilities
- Improve the experience of members and customers by advising them on their banking transactions and promoting Desjardins products and services.
- Support members and clients by telling them existing applications and technological tools that can help them do transactions and operations on their own.
- Contribute to business development and maintain business relationships through service delivery and activities.
- Assist members and clients who have encountered fraud or irregularities, and ensure that they are referred to the appropriate partners.
Requirements
- Knowledge of French is required
