About the role
- Desjardins banking advisor improving member and client experiences across Chaudière-Appalaches. Advising on transactions, promoting financial products, and supporting secure digital banking.
Responsibilities
- Advise members and clients on banking transactions
- Promote Desjardins products and services
- Act as an ambassador for digital solutions and help members use technological tools safely
- Explain existing applications and technological tools that enable members and clients to complete transactions and operations independently
- Contribute to business development and maintain business relationships through service delivery and activities
- Assist members and clients who have encountered fraud or irregularities
- Refer fraud or irregularity cases to the appropriate partners
Requirements
- Knowledge of French is required
- Willingness to work in the financial services industry
- No specific experience or education required; training may be provided through The Desjardins Cooperative Institute (DCI)
