Responsibilities
- Estimate damages and review provider estimates and quotes
- Recommend repair strategies to optimize interventions based on the organization’s procedures and quality standards
- Support claims advisors and answer questions about damages
- Make claims settlement recommendations
- Audit claims and follow up on corrections to assess the quality of work completed by providers
- Suggest courses of action
- Travel within the Greater Sherbrooke, Drummondville, and Lac-Mégantic regions
Requirements
- College diploma in a related field
- Minimum of three years of relevant experience
- Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Knowledge of French is required
- Must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
- Available for travel within the Greater Sherbrooke, Drummondville, and Lac-Mégantic regions (south-central Quebec)
