About the role

  • Inbound CSR handling customer service calls remotely for DSH Management Services Inc. Provide quality service by identifying customer needs and responding to inquiries.

Responsibilities

  • Provide quality service by identifying customers’ needs
  • Research and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Process payments, orders, plan changes, etc (varies by client)
  • Handle high volumes of incoming customer calls.
  • Attend Job enhancement sessions when required; regular upskill training offered
  • Must meet monthly performance target set by client
  • Must be able to perform other duties as required.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be able to pass criminal background check.
  • 1+ year sales/customer service experience preferred, but not required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional telephone manner.
  • Able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
  • Windows XP or Windows 7 computer system (windows Vista and 8 currently not supported)
  • Internet, 6MBPS or higher (have or will get)
  • Basic phone line (no long distance or add-ons needed)
