Responsibilities
Maximize site performance by directing daily, weekly, and monthly operations
Ensure customer requirements and operational objectives are achieved
Provide leadership, coaching, training, and performance management for support team
Drive continuous improvement, process standardization, and customer satisfaction
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer support escalations
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver operational excellence
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year of customer service and operations management experience
Experience leading, coaching, and developing teams in warehouse, logistics, distribution, or 3PL environment
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Familiarity with public warehousing and third-party logistics (3PL) operations
Fluency in both English and French is considered an asset
