About the role

  • Workforce Planning Advisor leading strategic workforce planning consulting for Visier, a workforce intelligence and AI company. Advising enterprise HR and Finance leaders on transformation, analytics, and technology adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Lead high-impact consulting engagements for enterprise clients, aligning workforce planning technology to strategic business drivers, job redesign goals, and skills gap interventions
  • Define and standardize consulting delivery frameworks, including process mapping, design workshops, change impact assessments, and stakeholder enablement
  • Direct cross-organizational delivery pods comprising Project Managers, Data Consultants, Product Specialists, and Support
  • Ensure on-time, high-quality implementation and post-go-live stabilization
  • Partner with Sales and Solution Engineering during sales cycles to recommend delivery methodologies, define scope, and establish delivery expectations
  • Synthesize field insights, customer use cases, and workforce transformation market trends, including AI and automation impacts, to inform product roadmaps
  • Serve as trusted advisor to customer stakeholders, nurture long-term alignment, and drive product adoption
  • Guide enterprise HR and Finance leaders through business process optimization, job redesign, and workforce transformation

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience implementing HR/Workforce solutions or leading Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) advisory engagements within medium-to-large enterprises (2,000+ employees)
  • Strong point of view on modern Strategic Workforce Planning practices
  • Proven ability to guide executive stakeholders through trade-offs across technology features, custom configurations, and organizational process changes
  • Hands-on experience leading workforce transformation initiatives addressing AI, automation, and skills gap analysis
  • Deep working knowledge of core HR functions, talent management processes, and HR data analytics
  • Ability to translate complex data models and assumptions to non-technical business leaders
  • Demonstrated success leading executive workshops
  • Experience developing customer-ready advisory materials
  • Experience managing complex change management programs across HR, Finance, and IT groups
  • Strong cross-cultural communication skills
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, primarily within the North American Region
